Dr. Hanisah obtained her medical degree from Xavier University, Dr Jose Rizal college of Medicine Philippines , she is specilized in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery . she underwand fellowship in south Korea Korea. she is currently practicing in Northern Mindanao medical center . Dr Hanisah is an active fellow  of the American college of surgeons and member of several savant socities in Philippines. dr Hanish led  several scientific research and is regularely publishing indexed papers .
