Dr Halil Kaya is one of the prestigious members  of the Emergency Medicine Turkish Experts Association. Dr Halil was the head of the Harran University college of Medicine Emergency Medicine department. He is currently consultant  of emergency medicine in Bursa Yuksek Ihtisas Training & Research Hospital. Dr Halil authored more than 60 peer-reviewed research papers.
