Dr Bidushi was graduated from the Nepalese Army Institute of Health Sciences- Tribhuwan University Kathmandu, Nepal. She is currently appointed as Emergency Medical Services Physician, Research Investigator and Medical Officer at Hospital for Advanced Medicine and Surgery (HAMS) Kathmandu, Nepal. Dr Bidushi is a distinguished editor of the  Nepalese Army Institute of Health Sciences- College of Medicine Journal. She authored several scientific indexed research papers.
