Dr Abdallah obtained his medical degree from the faculty of medicine Tanta University Egypt in 2006. Dr Abdallah specialized in rheumatology physical medicine and rehabilitation.  Dr Abdallah completed several trainings in ultrasound guided injections in Egypt and Taiwan.  He authored many peer reviewed papers  and book chapter specially regarding neuralgia. He is also teaching Ultrasound guided regenerative interventions and ultrasound diagnosis and guided management of nerve entrapment in Sports medicine diploma provided by Department of Rheumatology and Rehabilitation  Cairo University.  Dr Abdallah is the   co-founder of and Instructor at  the Egyptian Society of Musculoskeletal and Neuromuscular Sonography(ESMNS).
