The Textiloma is secondary to the omission and retaining of textile foreign bodies following surgical procedures. It is still one of the most frequent medical errors. Different clinical presentations and complications have been reported worldwide. hereby we report a case of intra-abdominal Textiloma diagnosed nine year after open cholecystectomy presenting as huge abdominal cyst.
