Dr.Bobircă is Romanian  laparoscopic oncologist surgeon. He is  Senior Lecturer of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine, UMF Carol Davila, Buchares. He is the general secretary of the Romanian Society of Surgery and General Secretary and Founding Member of the Romanian Association for the Study and Treatment of Lymphedema. Dr. Bobircă is prestigious member and speaker in several international societies meetings. He has authored several scientific research papers.
